Thanks for the photos and the specifications below. I met with Vern this morning and got the rundown on all of the final touches that were made. Again, we're very pleased and excited to have our front finally done after several years of looking for a solution. Pro Earth has been thankfully, headache free. (Who needs another one.) From Vern to the office and field crew, everyone's been great. We've recommended Pro Earth whenever the opportunity's come up. Two of our neighbors are currently having issues with the City and landscapers regarding un permitted work or storm water rules violations. We've heard about another landscaper that seriously overcharged for their work, went belly-up and left quite a few of their neighbors out of pocket.

We engaged Pro Earth Landscaping for the design and implementation of the front and back landscaping for our newly constructed house in Santaluz.

Our wish list included many diverse elements including a dog run, fireplace, outdoor kitchen, eating area, small orchard and pond. Our experience working with Vern and Robin can only be described as extremely positive. All the features we wanted were included and more importantly, worked together beautifully in the finished design. Pro Earth was very responsive and patient when we wanted to change details or had questions. Their crew was very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. We particularly appreciated the time they took to explain everything, and the help choosing plants that met our needs to have a low maintenance, but lush look to the landscaping. We are very pleased with the finished project, enjoy spending time in our yard and have received more compliments than we can count. Robin, I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciated the work that Pro Earth has done for our yard and also making it easy to work with the Santaluz Office. You did all the work and we never had to meet with them. With our schedule and lack of knowledge regarding what they would and would not accept, you made the process smooth and painless. The quality of your work and attention to detail like the sloping and drainage really shows now that it is raining. The plants you recommended have worked out very well and in hindsight, I wish that we had come to you first rather than wasting our money on the landscape architect. And last but not least, your follow up to fix, rearrange and or add things after the fact was and is much easier and allowed us the time on other priorities. Please tell the entire staff how much we have appreciate the end result and the process!

Thank you so very much for the wonderful job you did for us. I had interviewed several contractors before Vern and my instinct told me he would be the one to work with.

His initial estimate was very fair and as I changed what I wanted both Robin and Vern worked to make sure I was not over budget. The day after I signed the contract the workers showed up. The daily progress was truly amazing. Pro Earth was also very flexible in working with the contractor I selected to install our 28’ by 48’ sport court. Every detail was handled well and expeditiously. The entire job was completed on schedule and amazingly fast. Thank you for dealing with rubber chip supplier who was achingly slow and then getting here the next day to lay them down for us so we could be completely done. We love our yard now. It is an inviting haven for our family and friends. Thank you again so much. I will recommend you to my friends, colleagues, and clients.

I just wanted to reiterate how pleased we were with the landscape contracting that Pro Earth provided for our new home. Given the poor service that we had received from other contractors that we had worked with while our house was being built, we were not looking forward to the “big” project of landscaping our yard. However, we were thrilled with the quality of work and the high level of service that Pro Earth provided. Pro Earth completed our landscaping project on time and on budget and our yard is beautiful.
